Established in 2006 Gulibiru Pty Ltd is a Perth-based consulting company specialising in risk engineering, occupational health and safety, communication services, writing, editing, business systems, management and administration.
Our skill-set includes Stephen’s 35+ years experience in the WA manufacturing and resources sectors in both in private industry and state government.
Plus Kim has more than 30 years experience in the WA journalism and communications field with various private organisations and public agencies.
Together we have more than 20 years experience in the area of business systems and management.

About us
Stephen
Director
Stephen is a highly experienced safety and risk engineer. This experience includes consulting in all sectors of industry
- mining,
- oil and gas,
- industrial,
- manufacturing,
- utilities,
- transport and
- business services
Stephen spent 15 years with the Department of Mines and Petroleum of Western Australia – now LGIRS – in various regulatory and advisory roles.
He spent a further five years in various technical consulting roles, locally and internationally.
Since 2012, Steve has provided consultation services to GHD Pty Ltd.
Stephen is an Accredited Dangerous Goods Consultant, registered with the Resources Safety Division. He acts in his capacity as a Dangerous Goods Consultant with GHD for relevant projects as well as through Gulibiru Pty Ltd for smaller projects, that are not within the GHD scope.
Kim
Director
Kim is a freelance photo-journalist, copywriter and editor.
Through Wandering Wordsmith, Kim provides human writing services for small businesses and anyone who wants real words with real heart.
Kim specialises in providing;
